Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, PEEL will assist in processing a return within thirty (30) days of purchase delivery for all unused products (shipping cost and handling fee excluded).

Customers will be provided with a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued back to the card on file once PEEL confirms the product is unused.

Exclusions

  • Items that were issued as a warranty claim, courtesy replacement, or BOGO sales.
  • The product has been used. This Includes the protective backing being removed from the glass screen protector.

Discounted Orders

If a product is returned or exchanged, and the refund lowers the original order total below the discount threshold, the customer loses the discount. This will be adjusted in the refund.

Example:

A customer buys two Super Thin cases at $35 each, totaling $70 + shipping cost. They qualify for the "spend $60, get free shipping and 25% off" promotion, so they pay $52.50 and receive free shipping. If they return one case, the order total drops to $35 + shipping cost (before discounts), which no longer qualifies for the promotion. The customer will now pay full price for the remaining item and will receive an $11 refund for the returned case.
