Shipping Subscription – How It Works
What is the Shipping Subscription?
The Shipping Subscription is an optional annual service you can add during checkout for $15/year. Once subscribed, it gives you:
- Free standard shipping on every order
- Automatic shipping insurance for lost/damaged packages
Once added at checkout, your standard shipping fee will automatically be reduced to $0.
How does the subscription work?
- Your subscription is linked to the email address entered at checkout.
- It is billed annually and will auto-renew unless you take action to cancel or pause.
- You will receive reminder emails before the renewal date so you can manage your preferences.
🗓 Example: If purchased on April 6, 2025, the subscription will renew on April 6, 2026.
Managing your subscription
The following options can be found at account.buypeel.com, under the "Subscriptions" link in navigation.
You have two options if you don’t want it to auto-renew:
✅ Skip
- Keeps your benefits through the end of your billing cycle.
- Subscription will not auto-renew.
- You can resume anytime in the future to regain access.
❌ Cancel
- Subscription will remain active until the renewal date.
- It will automatically expire at the end of the term unless you re-subscribe.
💡 Skipped or canceled subscriptions can be reactivated at any time.
What’s included?
With an active subscription, you’ll get:
- Free standard shipping for all orders within the subscription period
- Shipping Insurance if a package is lost before delivery
→ Just contact our support team to verify your subscription and we’ll ship a replacement free of charge.
The subscription does not cover shipping on lifetime warranty replacements. A $9.99 shipping fee applies in those cases.
Important notes
- All sales of the shipping subscription are final.
- The subscription is only valid for the email address used at time of checkout.
- Subscription benefits are applied automatically once enrolled.
